Pacific Coast of Panama

Panama’s Pacific Coastal Beaches are becoming increasingly popular for Panamanians and foreigners alike. Located off the Inter-American Highway, these towns along the Pacific Coast range from undeveloped beach towns to functional beach communities with a low cost of living and numerous business services. The homes in these communities vary in price and range from modest beach condos to incredibly lavish beach estates.

The Beaches Near Panama City

This string of beautiful Pacific beaches with turquoise blue waters include the beaches reaching from the tropical homes of Punta Chame as far as the premium developments at Buenaventura. Popular beach communities exist in Punta Chame, Coronado, Santa Clara, Playa Blanca, Farallon, Decameron, and Buenaventura to name a few.

Azuero Peninsula (Pedasi)

The Azuero Peninsula is the large peninsula along Panama’s South Western coast jutting out into the beautiful Pacific Ocean Waters. The Azuero Peninsula still lacks many amenities and luxury’s that other places in Panama contain but that will change.

Beaches of Chiriqui (Near David/Boca Chica)

The beaches along the Chiriqui Province of Panama are on the Pacific Western Coast within 20 minutes to an hour from David, Panama’s second largest city. The waters around these parts are World Class fishing waters that continue to gain more and more recognition. You can find mansions in these areas as well as small homes and condos.

Pearl Islands

The Pearl Islands consist of around 90 islands and 130 islets off the coast of Panama City.  These pristine islands are popular vacation getaways for the wealthy Panamanians and tourists alike.
